• Began his career in IT management, working for a leading and listed (UK) international fine arts auctioneer and a publicly traded building and construction company in the Netherlands. In the late '90s, he made a shift in his career toward executive search and leadership consulting.
• Starting at a top UK recruitment firm, excelling in IT and High-Tech executive search assignments for Tier-1 clients. Later, he co-led an executive search division at a global IT consultancy, specializing in Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers roles.
• Serving clients in the technology and FMCG sectors, with a particular focus on IT/High-Tech, and Dairy & Food, across Europe and the Middle East.
• Holds an MA degree in Ancient History from the University of Amsterdam.
